Also, I will of course update my life here, once again after many years, because from now, it's a new journey ahead. I'm excited and I can't wait for 2 important people to come back to me. I am missing my wife, Phoebe or Aishah (if you are from my immediate family, you'll know her by Aishah). I am also missing my baby. She is still in her mommy, and we are expecting her soon! Alhamdulillah... I guess we have gone through some rough times, but it is worth it... and here, i dedicate a song to my wife and to my little girl Alya Sofia.. :) I'm gonna be a daddy!!!

Hello Everyone!


A very good morning to all of you. For some of us muslims, we have just started on our daily fast about half an hour ago and things seem..pretty tiring!


Well of course you'd feel tired if you were to sleep 4 hours and wake up to eat and go back to sleep!


Anyway, Coaching & Health Concepts will hopefully be able to be up and running as soon as possible within the shortest time possible.
